• Users assume all risks associated with service use and AI implementation

• Website availability not guaranteed; maintenance and interruptions may occur

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Total liability limited to fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• No liability for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• No liability for third-party actions, content, or services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in service agreements (typically 30 days)
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms or service agreements
• Immediately if required by law or regulatory authority
• Upon termination, users must cease using services and return or destroy confidential information
• Fees for work completed remain due; refunds handled according to service agreement terms
• Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through the following process:

• Initial attempt at informal resolution through good faith negotiations
• Mediation as second step if informal resolution fails
• Arbitration in Singapore under Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules if mediation unsuccessful
• Arbitration decisions final and binding on both parties
• Each party bears own costs unless arbitrator determines otherwise
• Nothing prevents seeking injunctive relief in courts for urgent matters

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in Singapore courts, and users consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through website notice or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, discontinue service use and notify us of termination.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with Privacy Policy and service agreements, constitute complete agreement
• Severability: Invalid provisions severed without affecting remaining terms
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce provisions does not constitute waiver of rights
